Another one from the open days, this is the sentiment on the Curly Birds themeplate.
The soft colour in the background of the tag was done with a stylus tool, gently swirling ink from a Kaleidacolour inkpad (Melon Melody). The tails of the birds have been used as flourishes around the edges with Versamagic chalk inks in similar colours to the Melon Melody. The dots were made using the black tip of the stylus tool which can be heated up and pressed into a texture and it will retain the pattern until it is heated up again. I pressed it onto the dotty part of the large stamp on the Sing your Song themeplate.
The text was stamped with black Versafine and the edges were darkened a touch with the black to frame it and make the colours seem more vivid.
If anyone needs a little hope in their lives right now, then this tag is dedicated to you.
Basil is hoping I will leave him alone …

I love the tag… thankyou.

Oooh, what gorgeous colours – in Basil’s fur I mean!
Seriously, his fur does look very strokeable and the tag is gorgeous too. Thankyou Glenda.
BTW didn’t you say you had the next 2 weeks off? If so, I hope this blogging is for fun.

So sweet…thats Basil and the tag!

Gorgeous tag – roll on pay day so I can get my hands on those birdy stamps! As for Basil – I am sure I read a different bit of mental telepathy there – “hope she’s got tuna”
