Hey, guess what? Another tree card!

DSC_0052 copy

Thank you to Joyce for reminding me about this one.  It’s the same Tattered Angels stamps as in the tree card I showed you a couple of days ago, but a totally different approach.  This one was stamped with Versamagic chalk ink (Tea Leaves) and Ranger pigment ink for the trunk (Espresso).  Soft greens were swirled over the leaves and under the trunk, then a hint of blue added to the sky. The blossoms were added with Versamark and embossed with a white sparkle embossing powder, Vanilla Ice I think it’s called.  I added some lilac pearl pen dots to the blossoms and a few dabs of purple stickles.

(The greeting is from a new set which is released to Graphicus Guild members this month.)

I am on holiday at the moment and thoroughly enjoying having a lazy few days.  I have a long list of things that need doing to the house, but have managed to successfully ignore most of it so far, though I  have had a bit of a tidy up in my studio so that I could sit down and play.

  1. Oh, I really do like this one. The greens are gorgeous. I’m really looking forward to seeing that set of Guild stamps.

So glad you’re getting your priorities right for your 2 weeks off Glenda. Playtime first, anything else if you have any time left, Lol!
