So you like the idea of classes, huh?

Well, that was an overwhelmingly positive reaction to the idea of online classes.  I think I have a new project on my to do list.

I found a photo of a little accordian pocket book I made with Eastern Grasses and I can’t remember if I ever posted it here?

Well, if this is a duplicate, apologies, I had a quick look back and couldn’t see it.  It’s a simple accordian with little strips of card stuck down at the bottom to make pockets for the tags.

The tags are all coloured with the new distress inks and overstamped with black Versafine ink using stamps from Eastern Grasses.

I printed a design from Damask Delights (sorry, that CD is discontinued now) onto card and stuck it onto the front and back of the accordian, leaving gaps in the adhesives for a ribbon to pass through.

The front is finished with some old 7 Gypsies rubons and a ScrapFX frame.

Now, onto some cautiously optimistic news – Derrick seems to be doing a bit better and once again confounding medical science.  He has an amazing amount of determination and tonight he was talking about getting home for his birthday in early June and coming along to the office to have a cup of tea with the girls.  If sheer willpower is enough, I think he may be our guest of honour at the June open days!
