Butterfly Collage

I found this coloured butterfly image when I was tidying up and knew that it would go beautifully with one of the Essence of Nature papers.  This paper has been bleached out by the camera’s flash a bit, but you can still see the soft greens and golden yellows that tie in so well with the daisy butterfly image.  The stamped image has been coloured with Derwent Inktense pencils on watercolour paper and the decoupaged butterfly has a touch of stickles on it.

I got some more pics of Smokey yesterday, so hope to get those up for you soon.  I have photographic proof that rabbits eat leylandii hedges!

  5. What a beauty! The butterfly plates are stunning, the elements are big enough for the focal point just on their own. I’m envious of the colouring – I try but don’t get such great restults – I’ll keep trying!

Bunneh pics are lovely, I don’t know how you manage to get time for crafting with all those lovely pics you get.

    Best wishes.

  6. Hi Glenda
I chose the daisy butterfly collage plate as my Graphicus Guild gift so I am just off to find it and then browse those beautiful CDs to see what I can come up with.

  9. This is beautiful Glenda, I’m loving the CD, just need more hours in the day to play. Not having to go to work would help but then I’d not have pennies to spend on crafty stash
